Karmic Law Of Responsibility - 10 Things To Do

Apr 04, 2023

The Law of Responsibility instills the sense that you are responsible for all of your life’s experiences.

This can be uncomfortable for some people to digest...let's take a deeper look within.

The Law of Responsibility aims to teach you that you should be looking to take ownership. And this means ownership of both the good and bad things you create.

It is helpful to remember that you are the source of what happens throughout your journey. What is happening around you is a mirror for what is happening within you.

Everyday we make choices and decisions........and most of them are made unconsciously.  Meaning the action that is taken comes from default inner programs within yourself.  Some prime examples:

  • reaching for the toothpaste to brush your teeth
  • putting on your seat belt as you get in your suv
  • drinking coffee in the morning
  • how you react when someone cuts you off

We do this all day long..... for big and small decisions.....but we also make choices and decisions based on how we are feeling and what emotions we are reacting to.

Most of your ACTIONS, CHOICES and DECSIONS are made by the propelling force of FEAR

The Law Of Responsibility asks you to BECOME AWARE.....to BECOME CONSCIOUS of your choices and decisions........to become consciously responsible for what you are creating in your life.

How do you know you are not aligned with this Karmic Law?

  • Do you blame others for where you are in your life right now?
    • Could be the government
    • Your parents
    • Your teachers
    • Friends etc
  • Do you think society limits you and the way you can live your life?
  • Do you find yourself making excuses in why you haven't reached your goals?

Now, don't get this law mixed up with CONTROL.  The Law Of Responsibility is not about the degree in which you think or try to control your life and what happens within your life.  Remember control is just manipulation.

To become more aligned with this law, here are some things you can do:

  1. Accept responsibility for your life: Recognize that you are responsible for your own life and the choices you make. Don't blame others for your circumstances or rely on them to solve your problems.

  2. Develop self-awareness: Take the time to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This will help you identify areas where you need to take responsibility and make changes.

  3. Cultivate a growth mindset: Embrace challenges and see them as opportunities to learn and grow. Don't let fear or failure hold you back from taking responsibility and making positive changes in your life.

  4. Set goals: Define what you want to achieve and take action towards your goals. Don't wait for others to give you direction or opportunities.

  5. Practice accountability: Hold yourself accountable for your actions and decisions. Take ownership of your mistakes and learn from them.

  6. Communicate effectively: Be clear and honest in your communication with others. Don't make excuses or blame others for your actions.

  7. Practice forgiveness: Forgive yourself and others for mistakes and shortcomings. Don't hold onto grudges or resentment.

  8. Serve others: Use your skills and talents to help others. This will not only benefit them, but it will also give you a sense of purpose and fulfillment.

  9. Live in integrity: Be true to your values and principles. Don't compromise your integrity for short-term gain.

  10. Practice gratitude: Appreciate the blessings in your life and be thankful for them. This will help you stay positive and focused on what truly matters.
